Following an initial consultation, a bespoke program is tailored around your aims, objectives and lifestyle, with regular reviews and feedback.
Home Personal Training
One to one sessions in the privacy of your own home or garden, with any necessary equipment supplied.
Outdoor Personal Training
Outdoor training sessions are an exhilarating way to exercise and a great way to add variety to your usual routine. Utilising whatever is available, you’ll rediscover your sense of adventure whilst also enjoying the benefits of fresh air and sunlight, two things lacking inside a gym! Outdoor training is also available to groups or buddying up.
